Carmenere still ranks as one of my favorite grapes. The single vineyard from Falernia is amazing for the price. I picked up this bottle for $30CAD and it is like drinking chocolate covered coffee beans, roasted por and savory spice all wrapped in a nice coat of silky and smooth tannins.

Black cherry, plum, licorice and smoke. Best Camenere I've ever had.
