Viñedo Chadwick Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

On the nose this is black current, blackberry, really black I think... Perfectly cured tobacco... On the palate, this is special... That black fruit is accompanied with precise cherry, cedar, some pepper? It's the tannin that ties this all together though. The softness is unreal. While I tasted this just with some bread, I kept getting the feeling that beef broth or gravy would pop brightly when paired with this wine. The length here was very long and kept bright for several minutes after the last sip. Elegant and outstanding.
