Fabulous Carmenere. Spicy pepper with a touch of cedar and tobacco but very smooth and silky, not an overly heavy wine but great notes.
Paired with a turkey cream pasta with capers, mushrooms, bell peppers and habanero pepper sauce. New favorite wine!!!
