ラベルがかっこよくてジャケ買いしたカベルネ80%。紀伊国屋リカーズ税込2780円。
チリもんのくせに3千円近くするってのはどうよ、と思いましたが杞憂でした。若さと若干の青くささはありますが、上品で滑らかなタンニンといつまでも続くアフターは高級ワインのそれと肩を並べるレベルです。
パワフルなので合わせる料理は選びそうですが、上質の葉巻をふかしながら、なんてのもよろしいかと思います。
