Generous yet with a touch of green underneath on this disgorgement. The minerality and pithy fruit mingled well. Always find this wine utterly delicious, but more on its detail and balance. This was a more pliant and soft offering without any complaints from me. 6/2019 disgorgement 30 CH 70 PN

Lemon curd with a graham cracker crust. Very fine bubbles and balance makes this exceptional. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay Disgorged 2/2019. MS

We powered thru 6 Magnums during our wedding last Sunday. We had a nice selection of Bubbles in 750s as well

Pale lemon with very fine bead. Chalky aromas and amazing Limey notes for a blend with 70% Pinot Noir. Blend of 3 years with low oak influence and lively acid. I love Vilmarts top cuvée, the Coeur de Cuvee, and this Grande Reserve is one of the best entry level Champers going around at only $60.

1 year post disgorgement and after 4 days in fridge this has developed Bollinger toast notes but unlike Bollinger there is real fruit flavour.

Nose of green pear, roasted hazelnut, fresh butter, tea biscuit. Lemon and steely on the palate with lots of oyster shell minerality. Fine bubbles, high acid, med. body, slight bitterness takes away from the balance. Better with food.
