This is a wonderful little pugliese that’s really compelling on the nose with red cherry, star anise, dried herbs, black tea and a touch of horse blanket. The palate much more simple and primary with ripe red cherry dominating. Softer tannins. Good acid. Long-ish finish. A humble and charming wine meant to be enjoyed now with a meal...everything I love about Italian table wine is captured in this bottle.

Easy to drink... Reminds me a lot of a pinot. Drank this with dinner at Tappo.

Solid, not very complex but very drinkable. Not too dry. Good value at Tappo
