Dry and crisp, with some citrus and minerality. Finish is moderately long and enjoyable. For $5.99 at TJ's this will be my go-to "dry white" for cooking and slurping in the kitchen.

Decent Pinot grigio, it doesn't have that lightness, more closer to shardone. Pairs well with salad, I would rather not take it as apperetivo.

Very smooth and light. Dry, not sweet. The floral/fruity notes are so faint that none in particular stand out. Very easy to drink. Drank on a warm day and it was really refreshing. $5.99 at Trader Joe’s.
