Vigna La Rivetta Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Prosecco

Nice. Floral. Sage. Complex. Very elegant. A bit sweet. Kind of meh. Prosecco continues to suck.

Best Prosecco I’ve ever had! Fresh, complex and intense with floral, pear and slight stoney note. Long finish. 9 g/L RS

May 28th, 2018Shows that Prosecco can be as delicious as any sparkling wine without trying to be anything but what it is: rivetingly fresh and lively with lots of Meyer lemon and saline notes.

There’s Prosecco, and then there’s this. A Champagne level Prosecco,!and the best I have had. Fine bubbles, refreshing flavor, yeasty finish, good white fruit crispness in the start and nose. Expensive for Prosecco but worth it.
