Surprisingly dark ruby color; highly fruity on the nose with PN-reminiscent red and dark varieties, mineral and earthy notes and only a hint of gamay-banana-esters in the background: so far so good; on the palate the wine at first seems well made with nice balance of fruit and acidity but half way through the palate the taste magically dies away and I am left with a disappointing grin on my face.
