Nariz: mora, arándano y cereza. La fruta madura. Regaliz y lavanda con algo de tierra. Muestra algo de evolución.

Boca: Tanino M, Acidez M, Alcohol M+. Buen balance.

Vino interesante, pero para tomarse ahora.

Enjoyed this one very much. Continue to be impressed by what warm climates can produce. First vino de México but won't be my last. 75% cab perfectly softened with Sangiovese. Good earth. And ideal with some mole poblano.
