A very enjoyable Pinot Grigio from Italy. Showing citrus, apples, pears, light grapefruits and minerals.

Medium bodied and airy. Nice and engaging.

Better than I expected from an inexpensive Pinot Grigio.

Doesn't need to be very chilled actually. Showing very nice balance with mild complexity. Not going to last too long, so drink soon.

I paired it with baked salmon.

12% alcohol by volume.
