Pale lemon color with stone fruit and floral aromas, light mousse and small bubbles. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, peach and lemon citrus, sweet notes. Medium finish ending with fruit and chalky mineral notes.

Comped @ indian restaurant - not bad out of split - better as aperitif than w/food. Dry, round & simplistic

Paired w/apple turnover with vanilla bean gelato

Good match for oysters

Extra dry, refreshingly unsweet, good with Suishi
