I think this wine would go well with food but I don’t care for it on its own. Very floral nose. Quite tart with a lingering bitterness, like eating the rind of a grapefruit.

Very light, lemony, hints of pear and maybe some Parmesan on the nose but I may be biased because I know I'm drinking an Italian wine 😜 little to no aftertaste but would go nicely with a butter/garlic/creamy pasta
