Solid Sangiovese. A bit thin but lots of acidity give it a juicy feel. Light smoke midway through and a hint of cinnamon stick make this more complex than I expected for a pretty standard/accessible Sangiovese. Enjoyable light slightly dry finish.

Ripe cherries and pomegranate dance. A basket of rose petals. A bit oaky - cedar, spice. Fresh thyme. This pruny grape (prugnolo gentile) is offering dusty, scratchy tannins and plenty of acid.

Wonderful dry wine with beautiful after taste. Very smooth, good bang for your buck. I took it to a dinner party and it was a success!
