Typically one of my favorites in the VC lineup. Good, but better closer to release. Alcohol starting to become prominent, and the fruit is losing freshness.

While I don't drink Mourvèdre often as a single varietal, I can appreciate the uniqueness to this offering. Has a lot of structure and tannins, even at 7 years old. Red fruit, more terroir than outright fruit.
