Red cherries, red bramble, meat, purple flowers, licorice, smoke, hot stones. Finish is classic Southern France, mineral and grained tannins, herbal spice. So young though.

Dark opaque burgundy with hue of espresso, smells of salty meat, fig, tobacco, blackberry, and licorice, 50/50 Grenache and Syrah, tastes of mocha, cacao, forest mushroom, and espresso bean, full body, very rounded tannin, balanced long finish with a dark chocolate aftertaste, delicious!

Jammy and dry. Tobacco wet earth, smooth mouth feel. Dry as a bone. Needs a major piece of red meat.
