Vintage 2010 | Brown rim. Shy spicyness. Roundness. Red fruit. Warm and comforting, but with a bit burning taste (high alcohol). Paired with a burger.

May 23rd, 2015Liquorice, tobacco, menthol and other aromatic scents. Elegant and rather well-balanced palate with berry concentrate and a typical - albeit subdued by the year - syrah-driven soap aftertaste. Pinch of acidity on the tongue, which suggest the bottle is a little overdue (2012- 2023, RIP). A wine to follow.

Jan 1st, 2023Nice and light in flavor, we decanted it’s and gave it a shake. Was perfect with food and not at bold as the other reds we had that night so it complemented them well. Got from an at home wine tasting
