Pouilly Fumé Sauvignon Blanc

A great sauv.

Subtle with hints of lime and grapefruit. Moderate acidity. Great match with the spinach and feta stuffed salmon.

Great light bodied dry white. About $15 at TJ’s. Easy to drink and strong.

A little too tangy for me but you could do a lot worse at this price point. Five Alive but less sweet.

E’ solo buono prezzo. Non ha il gusto buonissimo mai.

Slight richness, still crisp, citrus finish, a tad hot but certainly not too creamy.

Crisp, notes of lemon peel, melon, green apple, and pine. Great value Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, FR.
