Well I’m no Grenache fan, as we all know (aside from my cherished Châteauneuf dp). However, I’m willing to give this its fair shake. It’s less sweaty sock and more fruit. Freshness over obliterating fruit. Vanilla tanins punching too hard and a little more concentrated than I like. But I’m also biased.

Once the wine had a chance to breathe, it was quite tasty. Black fruit notes, slightly tannic. Drinkable wine.
