Fun to explore this rosé, very phenolicy and intense. Some grippy tannins, medium+ acidity.

It's hard to get the nose off a plastic glass, but the body is bigger than expected and very fruit forward, but a good bit of acid that lingers. Perfect for a hot night at CotS.

Maraschino cherry, very light cranberry red, cherry taste with sticky syrup at end, grippy with sticky leathery acid, pair with spicy Asian!

I think i usually prefer these rosatos to rosé. Darker and a tish of tannins.
