Climat le Py Morgon Gamay

Very smooth and flavorful. More bitter than sweet but well balanced. Easy to drink alone or with a meal. Paired well with steak and grilled chicken.

My second Morgon. I let it breathe for 45min-1hr. Velvety mouthfeel. Fruity, vegetal (I’d say red pepper), floral (but definitely tame), and (I think) some milk chocolate. Nose isn’t anything to cry home about. Flavour wise, it is very well balanced. The alcohol is a bit too pronounced on the nose, though it doesn’t follow itself into your mouth.
