See past notes. This time I am not as pleased. Quite stemmy on the nose and palate. Cherry dominant. Quite tannic. Sharp.

More notes next bottle. Red bricking at the edge. Sour red cherry. Nice aromatics. Good weight. Medium acidity. The super drying grainy tannins, at this time, renders it off balance. But this is an unbelievable value. More notes with more bottles to follow.

Wine from the place where Da Vinci's Mona Lisa was born and where probably the name Chianti came about for the first time in 1404. What a treat!
