This Dolcetto is quite deep in color (ruby). Dolcetto is the Italian Beaujolais. Personally, better than Beaujolais. High acidity and fresh red fruit aftertaste. Very pleasant wine.

First unoaked wine with malolactic fermentation strictly. this is a very complex buttery ,delicate vibrant ,juicy and very floral.
