15% abv

Balanced aroma of vanilla oak, black plum, black cherry and hint of black pepper spjce. Thick fat aroma of dark plum and dark brq. yfulll body, med p acid, med p intensity, smooth but acidic touch and fat barbera. Reminds me wood tannin, structure and touch of minerality on the end. Fst barbera need some stewed meat. 18
