Light bodied, minimal aroma, hint of grapefruit and a lingering tart aftertaste. A bit bitter on its own, balances and pairs well with a sheep’s milk cheese.

Ok, but nothing special. Crisp, but the lemony/ citrus flavors are a bit pale/subdued to be consider a great example of Albariño. Could be the 2014 vintage we were sold (in 2017!), as these wines should be drunk in the first two years.

Tasty, but I wasn't blown away. Interesting new flavor though.
