Very fruit forward nose, with a pale peach color and tight bubbles. The nose hints at strawberries, a little rhubarb and raspberry, with a dry mineral note. The palate has beautiful acidity, with notes of peach, tangerine, maybe some hints of oregano or dry thyme, with a zippy, dry finish that hints at grapefruit and rose water. Really nice and a great value.
