Not sure if this bottle had been stored improperly but it started out great then took a quick fall in the oxidized department. Those first few moments were bliss though

Sep 24th, 2018For our monthly Carnitas and Cab tradition...raspberry and blackberry fruit subtly peeking through a shroud of leather and cigar box. Fine tannins don’t overwhelm but gives an extended finish. Should be pretty tasty with the meaty, beany goodness that is to come!
