90 LGD Rose Magnum is a wine that will change anyone’s opinion on Veuve. Pale salmon hue, peach blossom, pickled ginger, brioche. Absolutely stunning.

A little oxidative, but then again, I'm no Tom Stevenson :)

Double magnum, fantastic, but a little more youthful than a near perfect 750 ml tasted in February.

1990 Rose La Grande Dame in magnum. Copper hue with orange rim. The colour is difficult to describe. Deep copper / deep amber. Fantastic nose of morel, earth, chestnut and red currant. Hugely concentrated. But refined and easy to drink. Fresh. Acidity creates freshness and the fruit is still singing. Touch of oxidation adds to complexity. Could age for at least another decade. Fabulous.
