Medium straw color. Citrus aromas, lightly floral and raw biscuit. Sexy AF champagne, complex with a racy citrus punch. Could use some salty caviar to balance it. Definitely can go another 8-10 years. It’s a Grande Dame, absolutely amazing!

Delta lounge a nice way to end our trip. I find most of the 12’s open with lots of delicious fruit. This had pear, peach with a creamy texture.

I could drink this any day any time. Absolutely phenomenal champagne. Smooth, bubbly, lovely blend of flavors. This vintage was incredibly light.
