Long finish. This wine ebbed and flowed all day and needed to be chilled down a few times with the warm outside weather. Drink these sooner rather than later.

May 24th, 2020Tasted blind. Nice deep yellow gold color. The nose immediately says this is a great older white burg. Notes of vanilla, stones, lemon creme, pear, marzipan and a little spice. Gobs of fruit in the mouth matched against a very present but softer acidity spine. Coats the mouth. Silky. I guessed 86 Bonneau du Martray CC.
