Delicious, very fresh, and crisp Chablis which is paired perfectly with home cooking Thai style Lobster plasta. Perfume aromas of tropical citrus and hint of flower bouquet on the nose. Medium-to-full-bodied together with savoury flavors of pineapple, lemon zest, and minerality on the palate. Very well balanced, subtle mouthfeel, and vibrant & soft reasonable length on the finish.
