At 10yrs on, it's behaving quite well. Nose has softened, and the tannins are smoother at the finish. Color shows age and reminiscent of a Malbec. Glad I have another bottle!

Nice rich flavour, could twin this wine with a nice rich beef, lamb or flavoursome fowl dish. Slight bitter aftertaste with quite heavy tannins but certainly a good drinker with great flavours.
