We will be in the Aconcagua Valley north of Santiago and in the Rapel Valley south of Santiago. I am not very familiar with Chile and would love to get some recommendations to reach out to. 🙏🙏

Smoked meat bomb on the palate. Chewy, interesting but that meaty note just overpowers. Needs some decanting and patience to enjoy it's nuances

Very good, deep rich flavor. Didn't let it sit long enough and could have opened up even more. I would definitely drink it again, but probably not at the $35-$40 price it's at now. There are many other Capetonian blends that are just as good for less than half the cost.
