Let it breath for an hour and thank yourself after 61 minutes. Went amazing with lamb.

Very drinkable, but not dull. Dry-ish.

This wine is also good. Kind of fruity on the front end, but tapers off with a dry finish. @Kelly Barrows

Not too bad for a red blend. It tastes better the more it sits and gets oxygen. It actually pairs well with a spicy Thai basil dish and spaghetti (which I add red pepper flakes to).

Whoever said you can not produce a quality blend wine obviously haven't try this red blend. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
