Not much bricking, but developed secondary characteristics of cigar box, earthiness. Tannins are soft and the wine is very approachable. Probably a good time to drink up.

Cork was soaked through, but the juice is fantastic. Don’t care for the 1inch thick wax top🙄

Not the Venge we’re used to, it reminds me of a 1990’s cab, ruby red like an old Heitz, not fruit forward. Good but old school

Complex nose. A little tannic but still opens nicely despite young age

Adequate.

This is a big beautiful glass of wine. Deep rich dark fruits aromas beckon you to drink. Full body, smooth and delicious to the last drop. Hints of spice and ripe fruit will linger nicely. We did decant this for about ninety minutes. Well worth the wait. I am can't wait to see how this develops in five or so years.

Excellently structured with a great balance of fruit, acidity, oak and tannins. Silky smooth mouthfeel and fantastic tastes of dark fruit.
