100% Bobal fermented in clay amphora. Aromas and flavors of ripe red and black fruit with notes of roasted fresh herbs, dusty earth and toasted spices. Little bit of minerality on the sour finish. Even with all of that, the wine seems a little bland. A bit light on acidity. Not bad, just leaves you expecting/wanting more.
