This is from the last vintage of the original Veedercrest Cabernets, I believe 1984. When the winery decided to close down, some friends and I went together and bought a barrel, which we bottled by hand at the winery just before it was turned over to Rosenblum cellars. Still lively, one of those legendary 80's cabs that belies its chronological age, Last bottle!
