Color of egg white. Nose is sweet and fruity, with peach, nectar dominant, Sprite, lemon and tangerine, spice, and hint of mineral. Nose is tropical. Taste of ample acidity, tinkling on the tongue, grapefruit and tangerine flavors, and hint of mineral again. Aftertaste is just a bit too light with tasty acidity. Quite nice.
