Margaret River Chardonnay

Who says Aussie chard can’t age? This is delicious. Clearly new world but such length. Whoa.

Floored by how good this wine is. Bright, balanced, a touch saline and not at all what I'd expected. Excellent value.

Brilliant Chardonnay with a restraint & elegance akin to Burgundy...that is perfectly at home in Margaret River. An absolute steal for the value.

For entry level chardonnay this is hard to beat

Mineral, citrus, tropical notes and acidity

Delicious new world style chardonnay. Apples, tropical fruit round up (chemical smell) on the nose. Full bodied, great acid. Oaky without being overbearing. Bell pepper, vanilla notes. Hints of minerailty.

2012 vintage. Somewhat restrained nose, but clear Chard characteristics. Full mid-palate. Lees evident - bâtonnage? Lovely mix of fruit and savory. Very moderate alcohol for the New World. Very drinkable. Would match classic Chard food pairings well.

My first Australian Chardonnay. Very nice!
