This is a very tasty Cabernet based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley.
Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, leather, vanilla, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, mocha, coke and light earth.
Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
A great example of the great 2015 vintage. Nicely balanced and fruit forward. Spicy and entertaining.
This 7 years old is drinking very nicely now, and will be good in the next 5 to 10 years.
Very enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
A blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot,
6% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Franc. Aged for 20 months in French oak
barrels.

Love this wine. It paired great with our filet, baked potatoes and roasted veggies. I will definitely be buying more!
