AP# 10 14....Saar acidity accentuated by 2013's unusually high acidity, but not completely harmonious and finishes rather abruptly. Good wine, but wonder whether a few grams of RS would help achieve more harmony.

Incredibly delicious. Pineapple. Candied lemon zest, slate, deep rich, long. This forms a terrific combination with salmon/sweet and sour vegetables/Thai seasoning and green curry.
