Goldberg GG Riesling

4th bottle out of a case. I take back everything I’ve said about 2020 GG’s as of late. This is killer. Medium bodied with white melon, tropics, and cool stones. Waking up and drinking great. Pair with Panang Curry or Peking duck.

Nose of ripe peach and stones. Medium bodied palate offers the same plus lime and tropics. Goldberg is known for high red slate content and that comes through here. Long finish. Some beautiful nuance, if not the highest acid German Riesling. “Bad” year.
