Medium pale greenish yellow. Tons of oak influence, cinnamon buns, baked apples and creme brulee on the nose. Very interesting compared to the palate. Moderate acidity (6/10) and tangy. Delicious orange zest, and a creamy texture. Medium plus bodied and lingering finish with a touch of graphite. Drink till 2021.

Jan 18th, 20172015 Van Dyk Family Pinot Noir Le Bel Age not the Chardonnay.
Sample. Medium ruby red. Nose started off very fruity with undertones of cherry cola and strong perfumey notes. Moderate tannins (5/10) and great acidity. Tons of fresh berries, a mix of dark and red berries. A little more dark like boysenberries and black berries. Seems like it has a bit of new oak in this, with vanilla, woody notes and light minerality in the finish. Medium bodied and long finish. Drink till 2020.
