Dark ruby red. A touch savory on the nose with some notes of cassis, spices, almost cheese and a touch green. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Still a baby with a bit of heat. Very dry with some earthiness, black currants, and red cherries. Insane amount of structure and finesse. Drink from 2019 till 2027. (90+)

Absolutely wonderful wine recommended to me by the lovely nelleen at high timber. Lovely dark red colour and cassis nose. Very quaffable straight out of the bottle with the taste echoing the nose. Should improve further as the integration of the Ribena notes completes with the rest of the wine.
