Burn Cottage vineyard should be considered as a Grand Cru vineyard in Central Otago
This wine is young but has so much weight and depth that will improve with time so well in my opinion that I will look for another bottle soon

A great bouquet on the nose, acidity is firm with sour cranberry and raspberry fruit with wonderful length, this will evolve into a great wine I must be patient with my NZ Pinot
