Top notch Chablis-like. Salty, loyal to its Atlantic origin. Pale gold, closed nose, tons of crushed shells on the palate. Quite JURAssic. Low in alcohol, high in acid and minerals. A touch of flor perhaps. Which adds class to the palate.
