Sipping Fine Wine

Vivid straw yellow color with tropical and stone fruit aromas and citrus floral notes. The palate shows peach and melon flavors, very crisp with mineral tones. Medium finish, well balanced on a soft ending. Easy drinking. Tasting Sample.

2015v. Very pale yellow. Lychee on the nose. Grapefruit and crisp lime acidity was over the tongue. Soft body on the tongue (I believe this wine is aged on lees), and not much residual sugar. Decently long finish with a little smoke. Very nice with seafood on a hot summer day. 12.5% ABV.
