Went perfectly with my fillet and bacon green beans. Light on the tannins, heavy on the nose with black cherry and licorice. A very nice Cab.

On the nose, black fruit jam. Taste, dry, licorice, black fruit, pepper is subtle. Had it with a filet minion w/ green beans and bacon. Excellent. The wine lives up to this fish.
