First of all, V. Sattui is our favorite winery. Second, we usually don't choose anything but reds, but on this hot, Summer day a dry rosé was PERFECT. Juicy, light, crisp, fruity, dry, and deliciously paired with a flavorful creamy (or hard) cheese.
