Tart fruitless with a slight minerality. Crisp apple and a little bit of melon on the finish. Reminds me of sauvignon blanc, but has a bit more flavor.

Crisp and briny - and we'll go with "finger lime" mainly because it is a small acidic fruit, and this has just a touch of acidity.
